Clarification of FAQs:
- The SSR ASM accepts abstracts that have been previously presented to other organisations.
- Abstracts that have previously been presented at SSR ASM meetings, or published in journals will not be accepted.
- The submission portal will close at 23:59hrs SGT on 31 December 2024, and no additional revisions will be accepted unless the deadline is extended by the SSR.
- The first/presenting author of accepted abstracts for the 2025 SSR ASM is required to register for the meeting. If the first/presenting author does not register for SSR ASM, their abstract will be withdrawn from the program and will not be published in the proceedings, of JMIRS. Additional registration details will be provided in the acceptance email. Registration for the main conference will be complimentary for accepted abstracts (only one presenting author)*.
- To be eligible for the ‘Student’ category, students must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate programme or have completed it within the preceding eighteen months of the conference.
- Abstract authors are responsible for their SSR ASM registration and travel arrangements. The SSR ASM does not provide an honorarium or reimbursement of travel expenses.
- Presented abstracts and final e-posters from the event will appear as part of the Proceedings of JMIRS following the meeting.
