Change is the only constant in any organizations and people are at the heart of change management. In an expanding world of science and technological advancement and social flux, managing change effectively has become an important factor in determining the success of any organization.
In this foundational workshop on change management, participants will develop an understanding of how change occurs, and what we can do to anticipate, encourage, and manage change. Organizational change models will be introduced, and we will examine how we can address challenges associated with managing change in others and in ourselves.
