Conference Sponsorship
LTWRAP 2027 Conference Sponsorship
Supports SSR members in advancing professional development in radiography and radiotherapy advanced practice. Open to members with an accepted abstract for presentation at the LTWRAP conference.

SGD $3,000
Purpose
Subsidise conference costs

Singapore Society of Radiographers
Eligibility Criteria
All three criteria must be met at the time of application and award.

Current SSR Membership
Valid SSR member at the time of application and award.

Active Advanced Practice Engagement
Actively engaged in advanced practice within radiography or radiotherapy.

Currently Practising in Singapore
Currently practising diagnostic radiography or radiation therapy in Singapore.
Application Requirements
All items are mandatory. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Abstract Acceptance
- Accepted presentation at LTWRAPAbstract must be officially accepted for oral or poster presentation. Include proof of acceptance with your application.

No Concurrent Sponsorship
- No other institutional fundingMust not be receiving other institutional sponsorship or funding for attendance at the same LTWRAP conference.

- Complete the LTWRAP 2027 Conference Sponsorship.docx with your full details, workplace, and signature.
- Short essay (≈ 100 words)Included within the form — describe how you have been actively engaged in advanced practice within your field of radiography or radiotherapy.

General Conditions & Programme Rules
These apply to all applicants and awardees of the LTWRAP 2027 Conference Sponsorship.

Ineligibility for the following cycle
Previous awardees are ineligible in the immediately following cycle but may reapply in subsequent cycles.

Shortlisted applicants only will be notified
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. No notification means your application was unsuccessful for this cycle.

SSR's right to nominate
If no eligible applicants meet the criteria, SSR may nominate a suitable candidate who meets the core objectives of the sponsorship.

Non-transferable award
The award is non-transferable under any circumstances.

SSR reserves the right to modify the programme
SSR may modify, suspend, or terminate the sponsorship at any time without prior notice. All SSR decisions are final.

Liability
SSR assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury in connection with the sponsorship or conference attendance.
