SSR offers two biennial fellowship programmes recognising leadership and building capacity within the radiography profession in Singapore and the region.
Submission: Email all three documents to exco@ssr.org.sg by 30 November.

| Leadership | Proven track record at institutional, national, or international level — evidenced in CV and Statement of Purpose | Demonstrated potential — describe up to 3 examples of initiatives, committees, projects, or research. No formal title required. |
| Activity focus | National or international exposure — conferences, training programmes, or attachments that deepen your leadership | Professional exposure and network-building — must actively build connections, not just attend |
| Extra form sections | Programme details; 3–5 objectives; expected outcomes; contribution plan back to SSR; itemised budget | 3 examples of leadership potential; Networking Plan; expected outcomes framed around personal growth; itemised budget |
These obligations are a condition of the award. Reimbursement is approved only after they are fulfilled.

| Within 2 months of completing activities | Submit a comprehensive written report to SSR |
| As scheduled by SSR | Present and share outcomes at an SSR platform (ASM, seminar, or newsletter) |
| Ongoing | Acknowledge the fellowship by name in all related presentations, publications, and communications |
Declaration: By submitting, you confirm all information is accurate, you meet the eligibility requirements, and you consent to SSR using your name and fellowship details for recognition purposes.
